PICK UP & DROP OFF

We provide free pick-up and drop-off services at Kota Kinabalu International Airport Terminal 1 & 2 and also within Kota Kinabalu City proper from 8am - 6pm. Please inform us in advance to schedule our driver for a specific time and date.

• 1Borneo Hypermall and Hotels within the area : Rm35.00 per way

• Nexus Karambunai / Rasa Ria Resort other places within the area: Rm80.00 per way

• Kinarut / Berringgis Resort and places within the area: Rm75.00 per way

• Early Morning Pick Up/ Delivery (4am7:50am): Rm35.00 per way

• Late Night Pick Up/ Delivery (7pm – 10pm): Rm35.00 per way

• Midnight Pick Up/Delivery (11pm – 1am): Rm50.00 per way

PAYMENT

We accept Cash (No Surcharge) and all major card payments - VISA , MASTER CARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS (with 5% additional surcharge).

We offer various types and sizes of new vehicles to suit your needs. Our fleet consists of current model year vehicles from on the budget compact cars such as Perodua Viva Elite, Proton Saga FLX & Proton Persona to full size 12 Passenger Vans like Nissan Urvan. We carry SUVs such as Toyota Fortuner - 4WD's like Toyota Hilux Vigo for long journey travel and and MPV's such as Toyota Avanza, Toyota Innova, Proton Exora and Nissan Grand Livina.

Renter should finalise his/her car rental schedule before confirming the booking as itinerary and days of usage modifications are not applicable for confirmed reservations that are already in out system.

DRIVING RESTRICTIONS

We do not allow all of our vehicles to be driven out of Sabah, we must be told where you are planning to travel to, and your furthest destination. Once we are told your driving destination, and if it is an out of Kota Kinabalu City, you will need to get an approval from the manager. We want to make sure that you get the proper vehicle for your long journey outstation travel. Your safety and comfort on long distances, and all trips, for that matter, is our main concern. So please, let us help you by offering the proper vehicle for your needs.

PORTABLE GPS

For you convenience, we now have available portable GPS navigation units. The daily rental rate for the unit is RM25.00 per unit. The deposit is refunded upon returning the navigation device in an undamaged condition. Upon returning the GPS unit, if it should be broken, lost or stolen during your possession, or parts missing, The renter will be liable to replace it with a new unit.

ONLINE PROMO RATES

Our online website rates are often discounted from normal pricing. The discounted rates are guaranteed to you, subject to our rental policies. EXTRA HOUR

All rental vehicles are calculated by a 24-hour clock. There is a 1 HOUR FREE period, but if you exceed the 24-hour period by more than 1 hour, a per hour late charge will apply to each hour late, starting from the first late hour, until you reach the daily rate. When the total late fee reaches the additional day rate, you will be charged only an additional day.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be permitted if we are contacted at least 7days prior to the rental period - Rental Security Deposit will not be refunded incase of booking cancellation.
